Demolding Difficulties

Poor Dispersion of Additives

Blistering & Porosity

Causes: Trapped air or moisture in the rubber compound. Volatile components (e.g., solvents) evaporating during curing. Solutions: Use vacuum mixers to remove air bubbles. Pre-dry rubber and additives before processing
